To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Trolley Pub website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We may, however, use email addresses collected to solicit feedback about your experience, or for marketing purposes, if you opt into such services.
Paddle Pub now offers trip insurance, allowing you to cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before the start of the scheduled tour for a full refund. Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service during the time of your scheduled tour.
Without trip insurance, there are no refunds given for any reason, though you may receive a credit to reschedule in the event of a cancellation by Paddle Pub due to a unsafe conditions. Paddle Pub operates rain or shine! It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure. We only cancel tours on our end if there are unsafe conditions (defined as a severe weather warning by National Weather Service). Further, you may reschedule your future tour under some circumstances if you give us a call at least a week before your scheduled tour.
To purchase trip insurance, simply select the add on “Trip Insurance” during checkout. Please note that for mixer tours, you will need to select the number of tickets you would like to insure to cover all the tickets.
Refunds will be made to the card used for the deposit. If the card information is no longer valid, a refund check will be mailed within seven days.
To reschedule or cancel a tour, please respond to your confirmation email asking to do so. Reschedules should include the new date and time.
