Prices may vary depending on what day of the week you choose to book your event. Special events are charged by the hour. Yes, there is a bathroom!

Where do we board the Paddle Pub?

All tours begin and end at the Halifax Harbor Marina from the Fuel Docks on the southwest corner of the marina. The address is 450 Basin St. Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

What is the parking situation like?

There is a parking lot available on the southwest corner closest to the marina office. Here is a Google Maps link. We highly recommend using ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft.

Can we drink on board?

You may, but you have to follow the rules. No glass or hard liquor (even if the glass only stays in the ice chest). All alcohol is BYOB – bring your favorite canned beer, cider, seltzer, and wine.  Alcoholic beverages must remain on board at all times. Traditionally ice is not needed but you are more than welcome to bring your own for the built-in cooler area at the bar on the Paddle Pub. You are also free to bring food onboard.

Can we get out and swim during the tour?

We could stop to anchor and swim if you booked a private tour! Make sure to bring your towels and bathing suit. Swimming is only permitted on Private Tours.

Isn’t it hard to pedal?

Water tends to be very flat, so it’s not difficult at all.  In fact, the light exercise helps make the experience. Plus, we have an auxiliary motor.  We have had groups of all 70+ seniors pedal just fine. If they can do it, you can do it!!!

What if it rains?

Paddle Pub operates rain or shine! If it’s going to rain, we recommend bringing rain jackets and/or ponchos. It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure. There is also a full canopy roof covering the entire vessel should it rain that day.

Cancellation policy: For weather-related issues, we may “wait out” a brief shower or reschedule for another day. If you purchased trip insurance, a refund is possible. “No Shows” will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Do we need to bring coolers? What about ice?

Paddle Pub has a built-in cooler in the bar area. Ice in most cases is not needed, but you are more than welcome to bring your own if you’d like.

Can more than 16 people fit on the Paddle Pub?

There are 20 available seats on our tours, including pedaling and non-pedaling. Our private tours are priced for 14 people, and each additional person is an additional $35 up to a max of 20.

Are people under the age of 21 allowed on board?

Paddle Pub welcomes riders who are 18 years old and above on our public trips to ensure a lively and adult-oriented party atmosphere. We prioritize the comfort and experience of our guests. However, for our private tours, we do allow riders aged 13 and older if accompanied by a parent or guardian, maintaining a 1:1 ratio. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Is there a weight limit for riders?

Yes.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of the vessels, customers over 300 pounds will not be able to comfortably ride the Paddle Pub.

How do I reschedule/cancel my tour?

Paddle Pub and Trolley Pub now offer trip insurance, which will allow you flexibility in the case your plans change, or if the tour needs to be canceled due to the inclement weather.

Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service during the time of your scheduled tour results in a cancellation on our end.  You may also voluntarily cancel your tour for any reason up to 7 days prior to your tour for a full refund.

To purchase trip insurance, simply select the add on “Trip Insurance” during checkout. Please note that for mixer tours, you will need to select the number of tickets you would like to insure to cover all the tickets.

Without trip insurance, all sales are final – no exceptions.  In the case a tour needs to be canceled on our end in the event of severe weather and you do not have trip insurance, you will receive a credit for a future tour at any TourScale location (Trolley Pub, Paddle Pub, Tiki Pub) in the country.  Currently, we have tours in over 30 cities across the US.
