These terms govern your use of the Paddle Pub website and the booking of any cruise. By using this site or reserving a tour, you agree to them.

Bookings & Payments

Bookings are made through our booking partner. Prices, availability, and tour details are set per location and may change. Your reservation is confirmed only once payment is completed through the booking provider.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set by each local Paddle Pub operator and shown during checkout. Tours may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions; in that case you'll be offered a reschedule or refund per the local policy.

Conduct & Safety

Guests must follow the crew's instructions and all posted safety rules. We may refuse service or end a tour for unsafe or unlawful behavior. Local laws apply to alcohol consumption where relevant.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paddle Pub and its operators are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or participation in a tour.
